Valaie Hobbs has been my personal banker for some time now. She is always helpful and kind. She is helpful to inform me about information on my accounts. when I need to make changes in my accounts she is very patient and helpful in any way she can assist. I really do appreciate her. She is always very professional.

Good customer service by this bank. I had a small problem today, and Candy at the service desk helped me resolve right away. Any time I have had banking issues, the people are very helpful - small bank atmosphere where you aren't just a number.
