I got an incredible sleek Specialized bicycle here....and the coolest modern shoes that adjust with a dial! The folks here spent time with me making sure the bike was a perfect fit....and what a joy of a ride it is!!!!! Thank You Phoenix Cycles:-)

I made an appointment with Chet for a bike fitting. I was really excited. I wanted to get a great fit for my new Madone 7. Chet made an appointment with me for 9:15. He sent me an e-mail on the day of the fitting and asked if we could push it back to 9:45. I agreed and showed up at 9:30, driving 45 minutes from home to get there.

I watched the front and side doors for any sign of him, or anyone else. At 9:45, I checked the front and side doors and looked inside. All dark. No one there. After waiting until 10AM, I left.

At 10:10, Chet called me and told me he arrived at 9:48 for our 9:45...
