Phillips Restoration did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters, power washing our home, and fixing some sagging shingles. They went above and beyond and even cleaned out our dryer vent and got rid of some tree limbs for us. Very reasonably priced. Will use again. Thank you!

Phillips Restoration came out to clean our roof. We were originally told by others that the roof would need to be replaced. They were wrong! Phillips cleaned our roof and made it look new again!

It was a two man crew and they worked nonstop for over 7 hours! They not only cleaned the roof but also pressure washed the house, cleaned the insides of the windows, cleaned all the brick and sidewalk surfaces. I was so grateful that I made sure that they each went home with dessert that I had made while they were cleaning!

Our roof has never been cleaned before so this was a huge home...

We just had our roof cleaned and house washed. It was a 2 man crew and they worked nonstop for 7 hours. The house looks beautiful and the roof looks new. However, this was nothing compared to the excellent customer service we received. They are a very honest and trustworthy company. I would certainly recommend them to everyone. Be prepared to talk family and share recipes afterward! Love these...

I called around the whole city and Phillips Restoration was the first to return my call, promptly I might add. He was very professional and worked me into his schedule that week. I take a LOT of pride in my home so the stains on my roof were such an eye soar. I could not beleive my eyes after the work was complete. It looked like a brand new roof!!!!!! The price was VERY reasonable considering the work involved and Brian (the owner) was so friendly!!! I highly recommend Phillips Restoration.
