I started with the Philadelphia Private Gym on February 1, 2013, and two months later, I'm down 20 lbs. and multiple inches. By combining the nutritional advice and awesome workouts provided by my trainer, Marion Hajioannou, I am now well on my way to a healthier mind and body.
