Dr. Roberts had a temper that is not suited for all patients. He is also very quick to file down, shorten and square off teeth without a review. I can't speak for others but I wish I had treatments elsewhere many years ago as I ended up needing a second set of braces 7 years later for severe TMJ even though I wore my retainers religiously.. I love how much attention to detail Dr Liu showed.. He is always so careful and meticulous. He was happy to answer each and every question I had. His staff also encouraged me to call if I had any furthur questions. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This office has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online...
