Our 9pm reservation was ruined by a shrieking, pounding, climbing set of 2 yr olds and a pair of ignorant parents not in control of them. My concern was met by an apathetic manager who did nothing and did not offer to move my party to another table. needless to say, we packed up, paid in full for our meal and left angry. 9pm is a reasonable hour not to have to put up with someone else's awful children. Why don't they have a "family" area for those folks with young ones? It was an expensive and stressful birthday event that leaves me to believe that this company is only money hungry and greedy. Ridiculous. I hope that noone else has to pay $100 to be hit and screamed at by someone elses kids. Ludicrous!
