I love the store and Banfield....

I love the store and Banfield. Stay AWAY from the cat lady in the adoption center. She will make it hell on Earth for you! I feel so bad for the cats. Shame on this Petsmart for allowing her to be there. Too many cats have not been adopted because of her, also many of them looked very ill. Try coming on Saturdays when in the store front/center cat ladies are there.

I have a rescue poodle and the poor thing looked so bad when i brought him in.He is only about six pounds and missing hair in places. When I picked him up he was beautiful.
I took him to other groomers and was very disappointed, he smelled better when I droped him off than when I picked him up. Probably not cleaning their brushes and other equipment.
The staff at Petsmart are very knowledgeable and I will continue to shop their and use their grooming department.\r

There is a crazy woman in the cat section/adoption section she is nuts. Stop and talk with her and you will know what i am talking about. I tell every one i know dont go to that petsmart
