I was running late and was refused service. I was greeted and treated rudely. When booking appointment was not advised that there was a late policy.

Pretty much along the lines of PetCo in terms of products and pricing. Maybe a bit more selection. Definitely cleaner and more organized.

I took my 6 month old GoldenDoodle to be groomed for his first time to the Petsmart at Shortpump and I DO NOT recommend them at all. I asked for his ears, face, tummy area, feet and hind quarters to be trimmed up since it was his first time and I wanted to ease him into the grooming experience.
