The staff at Banfield is friendly, the service is great, and I haven't ever had much of a problem with them. However, the waiting time for a drop off apointment is longer than a month. I made an appointment for July at the end of May and because of work I have to reschedule, which means waiting until September to get a routine drop off scheduled. I have taken my dogs here for 3 years. They have always seen the same vet on scheduled appointments. I always get reminder calls and postcards for vaccinations and check-ups. My dogs are older, and the Wellness Plan offered by Banfield…
