We let our dogs stay at the pets hotel. Rooms seemed quite small and the people working the dog day camp didn't seem to be really enjoying their job. Plus we picked up our dogs at 12 and my dog peed so much I'm almost positive he hadn't been out yet to potty this morning, which is not okay with me. Quite expensive for the service given. And I got a measly discount. We won't be going back sadly.

This location has the best Doggie Day Camp. The entire staff takes great care of my two labs. They come home happy and tired ! The only place in McKinney to take your dog for a day of fun!

My poodle would have been visiting for his first groom at this facility and about 45 minutes before his appointment I received a call wanting to change his groomer to a student groomer. This did not make me feel very confident in PetSmart. All though the choice was mind. I felt uncomfortable with the situation and canceled my appointment.

The grooming section of this location is horrible !!! My husband schedule appointments for our dogs to both get a bath and one of our dogs to get a haircut . They never called to let us know our dogs where done which they said they would . Picked up our dogs to find out the one didn't get a hair cut like we wanted instead received a "deep brush" however my dog is still shedding. The girl...
