Have been to Pete's many times and always good treated really well. They give fair prices for good parts. They are real professionals and cheaper than anywhere else. I have had a vehicle towed before by another towing service and got ripped off to the tune of 240 dollars. They charge much less and do a better job.

Excellent Customer Service!!! I have been looking across the water and everywhere on this side of the water for a driver seat belt. Nobody didn't have it until one of my customer had recommend Pete's off of Jefferson. So i gave them a call and they said give us a few minutes and will call you back. An hour later they called and said yes they had the part and i told them can they please hold it...

Petes is awesome I always get great service, they're a pretty busy business but you get what you give you respect them and be patient with them and they'll respect you and work with you the best they can they come highly recommended in my book!!

worst tow ever double charged they didnt show up for the tow had to call and call they were rude and lied about refunding the extra charge.would nevere use again or tell anyone to go there.even the boss was rude
