My experience with not only this uncaring Doctor, but with the practice was HORRIBLE. The Doctor didn't have a care in the world. I happen to be in medicine for the last 25 years and SOME Doctors get CALLUS to situations. If you want a BETTER DOCTOR, go to a single (SOLE) Provider. Not such a large group of Doctors. Dr. Miles-Thomas was courteous and explained, in detail, everything she said, suggested and executed. If you are looking for a doctor who will be respectful of your time, health and condition, she is the one. It is true that she treats the condition while putting you at ease as she is very thorough in her approach.

He saved my life when I was admitted, unconscious, through the emergency room. I had a gigantic kidney infection AND kidney stone. He stayed well beyond his normal working hours to place a stent that helped save me until laser surgery could be performed after the infection was gone (about ten days later). I owe him my life. His staff is EXCEPTIONAL!
