My dog has been to Petco since he was about 4 months. Every time that we've been there, the employees are never around and I usually wait around at least 5 minutes to be helped. The last time my fiancé went to pick up our dog from the groomers, he waited for a good 5-10 minutes to see be seen or helped. So he went in the back and grabbed our dog.

Went to petcoNewport News, Va today, Dakotah M. clipped my dogs nails. She was the best. Talked to Hector and made him less anxious. Last time I had his nails done at the Vet it took 3 people and a muzzle to trim his nails. Kudos to Dakotah the boxer whisperer. She deserves a raise.
