While this is the place we generally go there is a great deal of room for improvement. Their phone system rarely works and the quality of the grooming is inconsistent. The price is ok and the majority of the groomers are pretty kind. I believe they simply need better mgmt.

Do not get your furbabies washed here. The rest of the operation is pretty chill as far as I know, but my senior Newf girl True was traumatized when she was a bit short of one y/o and now she's terrified of buildings whose smell reminds her of there. It might be better now, but I know for sure my precious furbabies will never be bathed or groomed there ever again.
