As the owner of Pet Safari, I spoke to this person. Yes, he did return a bulb, however, not only was the bulb cracked, but it was also burnt out and gray. It was in the box upside down. On 11/28/11, I entered the store to buy a heating bulb for my son's Hermit Crabs. I asked for the lowest wattage they had, and was given a 75W.
