My dogs LOVE coming here to day care. What a difference you all have made for my two rescues who where afraid and did not know how to play with other dogs. Now the can't wait to see you all :-)

My husband and I were greeted so poorly this morning at The Pet Resort, I will never recommend or visit this place again. The lady in front desk was so dismissive toward us, she did not even make eye contact or greeted us properly when we came in. First impressions are very important for any business, I suggest staff be trained properly to greet and attend possible clients.
