My dog stayed there for a week and I couldn't have been more pleased. He had the best care and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone interested in a caring loving environment for there pets.

My golden had a great time. Recently received the Readers Choice Award so not many people agree with the poor rating shown here and so few to boot. Great play areas with shade and wading pools. Love the glass door "rooms". Areas available for older dogs. Don't judge by the yp ratings go check for yourself. My dog came out clean and happy!

I took my dog here for one week, the manager was very friendly, but the owner was not. The owner did not seem to care about pleasing her customers or care about the pets. The owner did not reply to emails, because they were "so busy". I wonder how much care my dog received, there should have been more help. I will never use this place again. My dog had to go the the emergency vet after staying here and he had infected sores all over his body and was lethargic. When we called the Pet Lodge they didn't call us back for days. When the owner finally did she said they never saw these sores and we should have told them that he had sensitive skin. They don't pay for Vet bills if something happens to...

This place was absolutely horrible! I paid for my pet to be taken care of and that is definitely NOT what I received. He was completely neglected and I had to take him to his Vet multiple times for sores that he received from the Pet Lodge. They told us that it was our fault that developed sores while in their care. DO NOT take your animal here.
