I hired this company to remove the bird nest from our front porch. The owner-Paul JOhnson, came in same day and promised us that he can remove the bird nest and will spray some repellent that will keep the birds away. I was contacted by the company within minutes of submitting my request and we set up a termite inspection for the same week. The inspection was thorough and the service was friendly and professional. Excellent value in my experience.
He was able to fit me into his schedule within a few hours of my call. I thought he would treat more areas than he did. When I called back several days after with questions of ants still active, he wouldn't return my call. Nice guy or not, I still expect professionalism and courtesy even if I'm a small fish in a big pond.
Pest Ex does our quarterly service for several of our properties. They are really good about coming out whenever we have issues between their normal services if we need anything! I would highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable and competitive.
