Perma Pools has been opening and closing our pool for the last ten years. They always do a great job, the office staff is polite and very helpful. The Service guys are very knowledgeable and Pam is always helpful and has helped us many times with our pool problems. Several of my family members have had Perma Pools build their pools, we are very happy with Perma Pools. Great Job.

This company has horrible customer service. We bought a house with a pool put in by this company 4 years ago, which cost $54,000. We know this b/c the paperwork was left for us. We had them close it and come back to open it thinking that if we had issues they would fix it bc that's what we were told. That was the advantage to paying them $700 between opening and closing it. Well sure enough...
