Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

the last three times I have ordered from perkins I have asked for crispy hash browns and there is not even a little bit of color to these things, they are white, no crisp, no nothing. Every other time I ordered a salad they don't even put it in my bag I'm not eating at the restaurant I am picking up my food and taking it so it requires gas for me to come back and correct what they couldn't...
