PT was sent to our home via warranty company for central air. PT said we needed a new unit inside, outside unit was fine. PT replaced the inside unit which required modifications to the new unit to receive the old style Freon. The unit worked for a few days then stopped cooling the home. Had Warranty bring PT back to fix, at their convenience. PT came & said the outside compressor now needed...

I had a water heater leak on Saturday. I called them and asked about an estimate and availability on replacing the water heater. Since it wasn't an emergency, they showed up on time on Monday and the estimate given was accurate. The replacement was done quickly! No mess! No hassle! Friendly and courteous. Highly Recommend!

These guys were great. I called for an emergency repair for an A/C unit on our rental, and they gave us a same-day appt. They fixed the problem efficiently, expeditiously, with great customer service and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again for A/C repair service.

I had some trouble scheduling Perfect Temp to come out and complete the job. Once the office admin did not write down my appointment correctly which made me spend almost an extra week on emergency heat. They were just slow in general to line up appointments and I think because of that the job …
