We gave Kevin McCarthy and Perfect Solution Contractor money upon signing a contract in April 2005. To date they have not done any work and have not reponded to our phone calls and letters.
Their subcontractor informed me that no more work will be done despite failure to follow provisions of contract. Company is contemplating bankruptcy.

Employees stole over $2,000 in property held in basement. Supervisor informed me that no more work will be done despite failure to follow provisions of contract. WARNING-STAY AWAY. COMPANY IS CONTEMPLATING BANKRUPTCY ACCORDING TO RECENTLY LAID OFF SUPERVISOR AND FORMER PARTNER.

Company has fired all skilled craftsman and subcontracted with tradesmen who can not speak English. Currently being sued by two unsatisfied customers for non-performance. Refuse to return telephone calls as well as address complaints directed to the Better Business Bureau.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. A disaster from the beginning. Never finished the project. Overcharged and under-delivered. For example, took them 4 weeks to paint 2 rooms, and now the paint is already failing. Drywall is cracking, sewer vents leak. Unskilled!!! BEWARE!!!
