Endocrinology is complex and requires the ability to think about how certain parts of the system vastly effects the other. This Dr has zero trouble shooting ability. Enlarged Thyroid? Eat small frequent meals. Heart palpitations and night sweats? Eat small frequent meals. Possible Hashimoto? Eat small frequent meals..... do not waste your time, do not take your children to someone this inept....

I had such a traumatic experience with Dr. Nigam!! My daughter had bad reflux and when I brought it up she blew me off. I went online and and printed a long checklist of symptoms and filled it all out and brought it in. She is a very excellent doctor. She listens to her patients. She gives you her 100%. She does not release you out of her care until the medical problem is complexly gone. I will only go to her.
