I've been to this location on several occassions recently for an oil/filter change, serpentine belt and light replacement and most recently today for new rear brake pads. Each time I've been impressed with their work, providing me options in plain layman's terms and their professionalism. In particular, the service manager Al has been especially helpful. I will surely continue to return to this...

Went to pep boys after work. Had to get windshield wipahs for this nonexistent hurricane cuz mine were shot, even tho I won't have this car for very much longer. The guy put them on quick, I thanked him very much, and he stuck out his hand and said "and thank you for your service, I appreciate all you do." Guy at pep boys, sorry if I seemed short, I was totally caught off guard. I am humbled...
