DO NOT GO TO PEP BOYS IN NORFOLK, VA! Worst service and worst automotive experience of my life. The associates (and the manager) were extremely rde and unprofessional. They tried to charge me $100 for diagnostics on my car to tell me that the head gasket was cracked and the engine needed to be replaced, when, in fact, all it actually needed was a new timing tension pulley. It was repaired... more
