UPDATE: Received a call from the General Manager the following morning about my experience. He was thoroughly apologetic, and concerned about my experience. He offered me the services mention above at no charge. The work was completed in an hour. Glad to see someone take responsibility for a mistake.

I have used Pep Boys up north for years and have had good experiences with them. I arrived an hour early for my appointment at the Jupiter, FL location and they took me in after a few minutes wait.
