I am elated at the experience I just had with this pepboys location. I called several tire providers and 2 other pepboys yesterday to get 4 new tires. This location was 45 minutes from my house. I was leaving this morning to go out of town and needed new tires ASAP. I spoke to Richard the service manager on the phone. He answered promptly and had awesome energy and I could tell he really enjoyed his job.
