Horrible service! Was told by the BIG guy in service that my car required a $70 synthetic oil change and that if I wasn't willing to pay, he wouldn't change my oil. All this after keeping me standing in line for 15 minutes while he chatted with a guy about where they knew each other from (You look really familiar.... where have we met before?...) Seriously...?
