If you want your loved one imprisoned in their room then this is the place. If you want to be lied to this is the place. I had a loved one there. He arrived late afternoon. Being a cardiac patient, his medications are extremely important. They never brought him any medication that day. The answer time for call lights were about 1 1/2 hours. I never saw any patients out in the hallways. My loved...

My mother was recently a patient in this place it was great help ! place is clean, building is old but neat, nurses are great and very love and caring ,we had great experience in this Rehab. Ctr. I'll recommend to anybody .

I love this place! Service is great. People are friendly and the nursing staff is fantastic. The building itself is old and needs some updating but it is clean. I also just learned that in their Annual Health Inspection by the Department of Aging and Disability Services of TX, they were found DEFICIENCY FREE! Congratulations to this incredible team of healthcare providers.
