Dr. Fox is a nice doctor, but the office staff are ignorant and very rude to the patients.I should not have to explain anything to those people( the office staff ),I see Dr. Fox and that's who I need to talk to.

customer service is dead in the medical field

I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone that expects to be treated with respect.The staff is more concearned about themselves than they are with the Patients.I was a patient for almost a year and I quit the other day because I just would not take it anymore.They were rude to my wife and they were constantly rude to me ,treating me more like a drug addict trying to score his next...
