Penn Social is a great option whether you're looking for happy hour, trivia or just want to get some food. It's a great vibe, with music and multiple arcade games and the staff is friendly and attentive.

I enjoyed this place for Happy Hour. The appetizers were delicious and I appreciated the service. The floor at the bottom gets a little loud, but that's to be expected from Happy Hour times.

Sara has been working in the Washington, D.C. service industry since 2000. Her initial experience included bartending and serving, and most recently she has served for 3+ years as the General Manager of Penn Social.
