I had repairs performed by this company on a previous occasion with satisfactory results, however I felt that their customer service was less than stellar. I decided to use then again when my roof sprung another leak and I found that the customer service decreased even more. I found the receptionist to be unprofessional and she made it seem that I was bothering HER when I tried to schedule an estimate. After finally making an appointment for a Friday she said that it was tentative and that she would call me back to confirm, I received no such call and had to call her back. She stated that she could have someone to my residence on Friday but would not give me a time. After some haranguing I was able to extract a time frame of between 12 and 3. That appointment came and went without so much as a phone call. I was contacted on Monday and was unapologetically told that the roofer hadn't been able to make it on Friday but they could come today. I told them that would not be necessary. I will never use this company again.
Roofing crew did a great job, but would not recommend due to little oversite from owners. Were told they would call before coming, but showed up on door at 7am. one morning. Were told it should take about a day, and took 2 & 1/2. Were told estimator would be at job site, but only showed up 5 minutes on first day. Had some specific instructions that were supposed to be conveyed to crew--but...

On Thursday Nov 12 during the hight of the nor'easter a tree limb broke and came down through the roof and the ceiling of our bathroom and the other end of the limb put a hole in the roof above a bedroom.
