Horrible experience talking to him and his staff

His integrity is questionable. Instead of finding out about a case he would rather just make stuff up. When trying to explain it to him and his staff they could care less about my perspective. They have however manipulated the system which means after them taking my December Pay check for a bill that is not mine. I will have to explain to my 4 kids why they are not getting presents this year.
