Help us make it rightPlumber is beyond unprofessional I was very upset with the phone call I received. This plumber was late on responding to me within 24 hours which is part of his contract with American Home Shield. I wrote him an e-mail last night that he needed to contact me or I was going to report him and what I got in return was a call at 7 AM with him yelling at me and then he hung up. What kind of professional does that?!?!?
