Under new ownership

Under new ownership twice in the last two years. Most recently new owners are not cutting it. I got a pie tonight for pick up that was not right and elected to take it and get out. New owner did not seem to care and said this was what I ordered according to his ticket. Dinning room was fairly busy with no one to serve them sense the person doing that was waitress was also answering phones. Waitress broke a glass in front of me in the dinning room and had no time to clean up, told owner and he remained in the kitchen and did nothing. Pie ended up being completely average as you can get for a cheese pizza. This place is doomed!
