The other reviews are right on. the customer service is horrible. Nasty on the phone. They repaired a few windows for me and never called to tell me what was wrong . Lady was nasty on the phone...

I have to admit I was really really disappointed of the customer service. Terrible customer service no one was really listening I need some of that do a more interested in focusing on their fees...
