I have been living here for 5 years. I have Never had a problem with anything or anybody. There was a girl in management named Dani and I had a HUGE problem with her attitude. Thankfully, she is gone. Kim and Susan at the office now, are very helpful and always upbeat and willing to help. Mark and Patrick go beyond to help. My neighbors are quiet, friendly and courteous.
Severe COCK ROACH problem. Also, my air conditioner has been broke now for three weeks and I have called seven different times to have it fixed. Still nobody.
Very poor management and a Maintenance department that just does not care. They even will try to charge tenants for maintenance if they can get away with it. Find another place to live and your life will be a lot better.
I lived in these apartment from 2007-2008. The neighborhood is just full of drugs. Every time you turned the corner there were drug transactions going on. The apartments are an ok size for a 2 person family but the apartment is so out of date. I paid 1005 a month for rent for a 2 bdrm 1 bth which to me is ridiculous. That is like a mortgage payment. Everyone here is absolutely write about the negative comments they are right the managment there sucks, the housing sucks and the neighborhood sucks, they dont care about anything and one of the managers are very rude and do not know what she is doing.
