This is the first time I've tried to close the pool myself. The guys helped me out getting everything i needed. Great advice... And saved myself a lot of money

This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. First I was notinformed of all the things needed to have a hot tub installed. Permits and fences etc.Then I was told my spa would be delivered in 1 month and it has been 3 months. When I would call to find out what was going either I had to leave messages for the manager who never called back or I called and talked to the manager who had no clue what was going on and would tell me he would call back the next day he never did.
