Anthem chose this provider for me when my son was born. Ive had numerous issues including super long waiting times, having my son dropped on the scale and him hitting his face at six months on the wooden part of the scale, bloodwork being take. taken and not ran or results reported. I love Dr. Boone but Im sorry to say that you need new staff. No one answers the phone which makes it impossible to schedule a dr. appointment and then your staff wont even fax over medical records in order for my child to be seen by another pediatrician. I went in today after no response from calling the day before and your assistant was very rude.

She is knowledgeable, well known, attentive to the kids. I got to the appointment an hout early because i was knrw and was aware of new patient paperwotk for my three kids but I waited 1 hour and 42 minutes for the receptionist to tell me all there paper transfer from the previous doctor and was electronic.
