They do not allow parents to accompany their children when being treated even if the child is being sedated. They mistreat special needs children. Please do not subject your child to this torturous punishment.
My son is a little boy of 3 years old and was taken back to the exam room by strangers while I was told I had to wait in the waiting room oblivious to what was being done in the back. Dr's. Gokli (pediatric dentist) and Raddin (orthodontist) served our family for 16 years. Never did we even think of complaining. The service, staff and all procedures were excellent.
I was literally devastated to learn that this dentist has a no parent allowed during exam policy (my son was only 2).
