Our salesman Jay Santiago was wonderful. From the beginning to the end there was no pressure from him. He is very knowledgeable about my 2017 Mazda CX9. We first found the Mazda CX9 in Newport News while on vacation. We were going to buy in Newport News but found the salesman had given false information to us to obtain our sale. BIG TURN OFF!! Came back to Richmond to buy a Cadillac XT5 SUV...

Pearson keeps my old car running. The mechanical work is always done right the first time. Service dept. staff is very courteous. Shuttle service is a benefit.
