Emily is a 10 when it comes to customer service. She could not have been more helpful if she tried. In my opinion, she should be promoted to regional manager in charge of customer service trainning. I am serious pearl vision, her skills are so rare and much needed in this industry. Thank tou emily for your outstanding customer service.
