I love training at this gym. My son and I have been training here for 4 years. Cleanest Facility and Friendliest Instructors around!

I took my son in for several days for their "introductory" offer, because he had expressed an interest, and after getting the snot beat out of him and some kind of fungus off of their mats I am pretty sure we will stick to soccer. not impressed.

I am one of those people that hates going to the gym. There is just nothing fun to me about running on an treadmill for hours and not really seeing any results. I had never taken any sort of mma class before, but I really enjoyed watching UFC fights and thought it might be pretty cool to try it out. That was the best thing I could have done. My 13 year old daughter expressed interest in learning a martial art. We live in the Keller area and a friend of mine suggested that we try Peak Performance's mma class.
