Horrible customer service!!! My car was towed legitimately, however retrieving it was a nightmare. Debbie hung up on me twice after I tried to explain my situation to her. I was told the business closes at 4pm and I explained to her we couldn't get there until a little after 4. When my son got there at 410pm, he could see people inside. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism that Jean Peaco and the rest of her idiotic staff posses. I am a single mother who has been completely and utterly robbed of money all because my car broke down. I followed proper protocol and hung a white t-shirt out of the window. I even spoke to the owner of the gas station that my car broke down in after an electrical problem....
Not sure how much this will help but every towing "professional" in Virginia is governed by this Board which can also revoke their license to operate or fine them. I would look into it because I am sure they would be interested that they have a judgment against them. Plus they have a section of their regulations regarding unprofessional conduct.
