Do not call Sears. Call Pius, he actually fixes the mistakes that Sears guys make. Professional, reasonable, knowledgeable. I've used him for dishwasher, microwave and washer. Will only use him...

amazed he can stay in business!!

I did not even want this company to come back into my residence. The company owner was the technician and was rude and defensive from the second he walked in the house. When asked question reguarding the problem with the washine machine he side stepped around the questions. I would not recommend his service to anyone. I found out from another company after the fact that i was way over charged...
