The owner called me and said he would make this right, and he didn't even know I made this complaint! He sent a new printer that was perfect and gave me a refund of the amount I felt was not fair. After all of this he appologized and asked me if there was anything else he could do for me. I'm upset that I tried to remove this post and they wouldn''t do it.
This company posted a picture of the printer and another one showed up with damage and was warped by the sun. They tried to blame UPS for the damage, but the box was unharmed in transit. The back support was missing making it impossible to line up the paper in order for it to print. They said they would sell us one for 40$, because it wasn't included!! It wasn't an accessory, but a part...
