Nice looking cars, runs good while sitting on their lot. Friend & I went to lot for him to purchase a car. They required him to complete paperwork just for a test drive. Completed paperwork then big-mouth wants to know when will he be taking possession of vehicle A or B. I have a problem with vehicles with rusted brakes. Took vehicle C for test drive, front end wobbly & A/C goes out, they don't fix that, mind you they haven't even gotten a down pay yet. Needless to say it makes one wonder, with all the nice looking cars they have on this lot with reasonable payments, why does this lot stay full with cars. Is it the reputation of selling nice looking water damage junk or female office attendant with no tact or professionalism.
DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM.... Even if you're in desperate need of one. My credit is not that bad. I just seen a car I liked and I was actually looking for my son. But, I like tr fact that I would only be paying $75 every 2 weeks. While on the lot I was approached by a gentleman who states " If you buy a car, I'll give you a couple days to take it to a mechanic and if they find any problems, I'll knock it off the sticker price" I have 3 witnesses to the fact. Well I did, bought a nice running Jeep Cherokee. Asked for a carfax, which they do not provide, but still thinking I had the 'few days' I bought it. It ran like a dream (for approximately 32 hrs). While at a rumage sale. I started the engine so my mom coild have heat. Only 3 mins later, the radiator exploded! Thats right I said EXPLODED! Thinking thats all it was I called to ask if I could bring it back to have someone look at it. I was told, and I quote "We don't repair cars, they're bought AS IS and YOU need to have a mehcnic look at it." Feeling I had been wronged but I did, I mean it was only a raditor. $140 for parts and repair. But, after having the radiator and thermostat just to be safe, it still ran hot. Next we looked at replacing the water pump. NO LUCK. After having the truck pressure tested. We found out.... #1 the car has been under water.... That's right UNDER WATER. Like a flood or lake or something, and #2 The Head gasket was blown. AND THEY KNEW it, cuz they fixed it just enough to run for like a few days. When calling back to come to some resolution, I spoke with Jackie the office manager who says and once again I quote "We told you no such thing, you have to take it to a mechanic before you purchase it, andif you needed more time on the test drive, we would have gave it to you. So its not our problem have a nice day.'! and she hung up. (mind that she was whispering so the customers in the office would not hear.) PLEASE.... PLEASE.... put these cooks out of business! they know they are ripping people off and they target people with less than GOOD credit!! This is WRONG! And they will not be blessed because of this.... Help stop this senseless robbing of the already destitute people effected by the bad economy.

we bought a SUV from them and 6 months later the window motor broke , the power steering started leaking real bad, and the blinker stopped working. and then we found out the AC was broke and when we took it to get it checked the mechanic said it ws smashed and looked like it was in a accident!
