THey Stepped Up!

Well, I guess bad press does have it's advantages...Paul's TV not only made good on ALL of their contractural obligations, they honored it the VARY SAME DAY.  Mark & Richard from the Natick store saved the sale & have earned future business.  Nice.

Sure, they have pretty good prices on televisions, but their customer service and customer relations suck.  Their delivery teams leave a great deal to be desired as well ( a little training on customer service, cleanliness, clean up after the delivery might be a nice place to start...ANYONE FROM CORPORATE READING!!!??? ).

Sales staff is knowledgeable and prices are fairly competitive. Warranties seem to be a good deal.**One major area for improvement is their delivery staff. Cranky, not helpful, only do the bare???

Got what I thought was a killer deal at Paul's TV at Jordans. Panasonic 54" TV for under $2k. Plus, with their Price Matching guarantee, if a better deal was out there I was covered. Or so I???
