I've been consoling an upset friend for 2 days because of the service and way she was treated by staff of this repair shop. The car is now not fixed and has more problems with it than before it went in. I have heard of some shops causing problems then charging to fix them but this is the 1st I have heard of first hand. The mechanic Chris was rude and treated her as though she was stupid. The initial estimate was only 1/4 th of the final cost. THE REVIEW COULD GO ON LIKE THIS BUT I HAVE WORK TO DO
I've been going here for service and inspections for over twenty years. Way back to when Paul's was the Shell gas station on VB Blvd. Always great service, fast and have never felt like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged. Nick does the inspections and I am always happy to see his smiling face. This is a great place to take your vehicle for service.
