It is impossible to make an appointment. The receptionist is unable to provide any useful information. They do not return telephone calls. The staff is limited and apparently is only authorized to apoligize. We were placed on hold for thirty minutes only be told that somebody will call us in 24 hours. Meanwhile the patient continues to decline.

My ANP is the best one anyone could have!! She is awesome! I can talk to her at night through My Chart and she's always there too answer my questions or call me something in . She really knows her stuff! Keep up the excellent work Mrs. Kuna♥
As far as the front desk they need too train some of them to be more courteous and friendly!!! And some who answer the phone they're just plain dang...
